Pastor Pancho accepted Christ at Oak Park in 1967; beginning a long, Christ-led, association with this church. Since his early walk with the Lord, Pastor Pancho has been passionate about explaining the Gospel in a one on one setting. Through New Heart, Friday Fellowships, and Sunday school classes he has encouraged men and women to embrace Christ through discipleship. He is also involved in counseling and pre-marital counseling.
Pastor Pancho earned a BA from Bethany Bible College. Since then his ministry focus has included the training of individuals for evangelism and follow up. A Scripture that reveals his philosophy of ministry is 2 Cor 1:3-4, “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ…who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.”
Married for 50 years, Pancho first met his wife Judy at Oak Park. Judy has a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and is active both in the church and the community. The Flores’ have four grown sons, nine granddaughters, and one grandson. You can contact Pastor Pancho at newbelieverconcepts@usa.com.
Ari arrived to Oak Park when she was 10 years old and was immediately drawn to the music ministries of Oak Park as she has been singing since she was 3 years old! She joined the children’s choir until it became a youth choir. In her youth group days she was given the opportunity to lead worship for Sunday school. Little did she know then how God would use this gift in her life. She took piano lessons for 7 years and loves to play classical and jazz music. She is self-taught on the guitar and also played the trumpet throughout middle and high school.
Ari is a product of OPCC’s dedication to building generations for the kingdom of God. Her dedication to worship and music led her to teach as a music teacher at a Christian school for 2 years. God used that time to really equip her for His next role for her life. In 2022 she joined the staff of OPCC as the part time Associate Worship Director. Then in June of 2024 she was appointed as the full time Children’s Ministry Director. Ari has a passion and desire to nurture the next generation for the kingdom of God as she was. She feels a great calling to pastoral ministry and will soon begin formal classes to pursue this path. Her unwavering goal is to help children develop a lifelong relationship with the Lord through the teachings of the Word of God and worship.
Ari graduated from Hawaii Pacific University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She married Christian Navarrete in 2010 and they had their daughter, Izabella, in 2014, a true miracle and gift from the Lord. In addition to her professional and spiritual commitments, she enjoys various hobbies including arts and crafts, hand-lettering, karaoke, and cherishes time spent with her family.
For inquiries, you can contact Ari at ari@opccag.org.

Vanessa was brought to OPCC in late 2013. She and her family were in need of a new church as they had been relocated to Pleasant Hill. Vanessa found OPCC through their online services and she knew upon visiting OPCC that this is where the Lord was calling her and her family to serve and worship. She began volunteering in the children's ministry as an elementary Sunday School teacher. Shortly after serving, she was hired as the preschool & elementary coordinator and later was hired in the church office as an administrative assistant in 2014. Vanessa has a passion to lead the next generation in Christ and in 2022 became the young adults ministry director. Vanessa has heard a call to ministry and is currently enrolled in SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary and is looking forward to where the Lord is leading her. She can be found in the church with the young adults or serving with Celebrate Recovery. Vanessa is married to her best friend, Joey and together they have an adult daughter Angelina (she is an intern at OPCC) and also has a dog named Rocky. Her husband Joey recently became an elder on the church board and you can find him volunteering in the sound booth on Sunday mornings and Wenesday nights. Joey and Vanessa enjoy spending time together and spending time with their church family and friends. You can contact Vanessa at vanessa@opccag.org.
Zac grew up at Oak Park Christian Center. At an early age he accepted Christ and began to develop his musical abilities by singing in choirs and trying to learn any instrument he could get his hands on. As a young teenager, Zac became involved in the worship ministries and eventually led the youth worship team for several years. After attending college at Azusa Pacific University and earning a Bachelor of Arts in music, Zac moved back home and married his high school sweetheart, Allison, who also grew up at Oak Park. Shortly after getting married, Zac began directing the Adult Choir, which he has led for 14 years, while being as involved in the other areas of the worship community as his career in live event production would allow. Zac and Allison have four children, Ethan, Elijah, Charlotte, and Marigold. In addition to music, Zac loves to travel, cook and eat BBQ, and watch the Giants beat the Dodgers. You can contact Zac at zac@opccag.org.
Allison has worked with Special Needs for many years. She began as an in-home respite worker, caring for a young man who has disabilities. Eventually she moved on to the George Miller Center working in the after school program with youth who have disabilities. While working at the George Miller Center, Allison studied Special Education at Cal State East Bay and Chapman University earning an Education Specialist degree with an emphasis in Moderate-Severe Disabilities. In 2013 Allison started the Special Needs ministry here at Oak Park. It is her joy to work in this ministry, sharing the love of Jesus with the Revive participants and their families.
Allison is married to her husband Zac and together they have 4 children. In her spare time she runs a licensed in-home bakery, making and selling cupcakes, cakes, and cookies. She enjoys cooking, reading, running, exploring the outdoors, and most of all, spending time with her family. You can contact Allison at allison@opccag.org.
