Hello valued staff and volunteers of Oak Park Christian Center!
This serves as our training for COVID-19 at Oak Park Christian Center.
We will comply with all the regulations of the County Health Department including wearing face coverings at all times with the exception of speaking or singing from the platform for ministry purposes, maintaining social distancing, practicing good hygiene including frequently washing our hands and wiping down common surfaces frequently and staying home if sick. We are requiring all our employees, volunteers and parishioners to do a self temperature and symptom check at home before coming to Oak Park Christian Center. If they have a temperature or any of the symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, sore throat, body aches, dry cough or difficulty breathing we require them to stay home and seek medical attention.
In the event that a person who works at or attends one of the services at Oak Park Christian Center were to test positive for COVID-19 we will notify anyone that we determine may have come into close contact with that person, and will not allow that person to return to Oak Park Christian Center until they have fully recovered from the virus. Anyone who was in close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19 may be asked to not return to Oak Park Christian Center for two weeks after their exposure to prevent any further spread.
Finally I am asking all our staff and volunteers to pray daily for the safety of our Church family that God would protect us all from contracting COVID-19 and that the Lord would stop this virus in its tracks and completely eradicate it from the earth in Jesus name!
Please follow the link to the OSHA website and read it in its entirety.

In Christ's service
